This giveaway is exclusive to Just One Cookbook Email Newsletter Subscribers!
Thank you so much for subscribing to my newsletters to stay in touch with my blog! As a small token of my appreciation, I host a monthly giveaway just for my dearest subscribers. ♥
Since I’m currently in Japan, I decided to host a giveaway differently this month. I know many of you want to get something from Japan, so this month the winner can request a gift from Japan. I’ll be happy to look for it, purchase it, and ship it to you. The total cost of the gift and shipping must be within $100. If the winner doesn’t have any specific item in mind, I’ll find something for him/her.
The winner will also receive a copy of my e-Book, Just One Cookbook – Essential Japanese Recipes.

Congratulations Amy Tong! I’ll email you shortly. 🙂
Thank you so much, Nami! I’m so excited and happy that I’ve won! 🙂 Thank you for always sharing your yummy recipes and hosting awesome giveaways!
Having an index to the recipes would be helpful. Sometimes I can’t remember the Japanese name of the dish and it’s difficult to find even tho I know I’ve seen it before. An index would save searching time.
My suggestion for improvement is to make your background information printable. I am able to print the recipes, but sometimes I am interested in printing information in the links. When I use the browser print button, I get everything on the page – so many ads!
Something that i thought may be convenient was if you were to include the estimated amount of time it takes to make each recipe with its title, so if one was in a hurry they could browse through the recipes and know what they have time to make without having to click on every recipe. If the title included the estimated time it could really be helpful for when i want to find the right recipe.

I love everything about your blog. I suppose, maybe more recipes featuring mackerel or sardines would be helpful for me? I am trying to eat more fish.
Thanks!
Hi Nami,
I would like to see more recipes made in a barbecue fire 🙂
