Bento Lunch Box Idea: Packed with Japanese rolled omelette and fresh fruits on the side, this Shogayaki Bento takes advantage of dinner leftovers for a quick and convenient lunch next day. Tender slices of pork cooked in a ginger soy sauce, every bite is flavorful!

  1. Fill up half of bento box with the rice. Let it cool so that hot/warm rice will not warm up other cool food.
  2. Make Tamagoyaki (see how to make Quick & Easy Tamagoyaki).
  3. Reheat leftover Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) in the frying pan until it's warm thoroughly.
  4. Wash and cut fruits.
  5. Start packing cooled foods into bento box.
  6. Cool down completely before closing the bento box.
