My wish is for continued success with many more years of great recipes and peace and happiness to Nami and her staff

Congratulations on 11 years! I grew up with my Japanese mother making the most wonderful dishes imaginable before they became mainstream and Sushi and Ramen restaurants became common. She is 89 years old and can no longer cook so I try to make the dishes she grew up eating in her home town of Okayama Japan. I never was much of a cook in my adult life but I have grown to love the recipes I find on your site and my mother is so appreciative that I have come to embrace my heritage by learning to cook her favorite Japanese meals. Thank you for all the wonderful work you do!

My wish for JOC is to continue sharing your cultural and easy recipes for your viewers. HEre’s wishing you another successful 11+ years! Love your recipes!
