Originated in Hiroshima, Japan, Okonomi Sauce (お好みソース) is known for the condiment used for Okonomiyaki. It’s made of 20 kinds of spices and other ingredients including vinegar, spices, vegetables, and fruits such as tomatoes, dates, and apples.
In Japan, Worcestershire sauces are divided into three types: Worcestershire, Chuno (like Tonkatsu Sauce), and Okonomi Sauce. Worcestershire sauce is the thinnest consistency with higher acidity, and Okonomi Sauce is the thickest consistency with a sweeter flavor.
You can get Otafuku’s Okonomi Sauce from Amazon or Japanese/Asian grocery stores.
