I went in Japan 2 years ago and I keep wonderful memories of that trip, the food, in particular. When I found your Chiffon cake recipe, I nearly cried!
I remember my first day in Kyōto, just walking through Toji Temple’s market, I found that okonomiyaki/takoyaki/taiyaki stand and it made my day.
I already cook okonomiyaki and takoyaki, and I’d like to be able to bake those sweet and cute cakes, taiyaki!
