Love your recipes and thank you for doing this giveaway!
Hi Nami,
I am a huge fan of your blog because my entire family love your recipes. My two-year-old loves your Miso Ramen with Chashu. I just have one question though, I use boneless pork country ribs instead of pork belly in your Chashu recipe, and I also leave out the Sake. The recipe has come out a bit on the salty side. Should I put more water in place of the Sake?
Thank you and enjoy the Holiday!

Hi Nami,
I just want to say that our family love your blog! My two-year-old boy absolutely loves your Miso Ramen with Chashu. I just have one question though, I use boneless pork country ribs instead of pork belly and the meat has been a bit on the salty side. Should I add more water if I am leaving the Sake out?
Thank you!

Thanks for holding this giveaway for your newsletter subscribers! I really enjoy reading the extra narrative bits in the newsletter that give us a hint about what you and your family are currently up to, even if they’re just simple, everyday things. They’re a great personal touch that I look forward to, in addition to your latest recipes.
Happy Holidays! And thank you for all the recipes
