This giveaway is exclusive to Just One Cookbook Email Newsletter Subscribers!
I’m giving away 2 (two) $50 Amazon Gift Cards to my email newsletter subscribers.
Or you can choose another option, Nami’s personal shopping assistance! Last month I received positive feedback on this option, so let’s continue having this option again.
I often hear from readers that they have a hard time finding certain Japanese ingredients in their country (that I use in my recipes). E.g. dashi packets, matcha (green tea) powder, otoshibuta (drop lid), etc etc…
So if you have specific Japanese products that you can’t find in your country and would prefer them over the Amazon gift card, I’d be happy to buy and ship them to you instead. However, please keep in mind that the cost of the product and shipping fee has to be under $50.
I cannot guarantee if I can find what you need, but I’ll definitely do my best. Please note, items I cannot ship include perishable food or heavy kitchen gadget like takoyaki grill. We can discuss more details if you find out you’re one of the winners. 🙂
Important Rule:
- You can enter ONLY one comment per subscriber.
- Your email entry has to match with your email address in my {Free} Email Newsletter Subscription list.
- In the comment box below, write any feedback you may have for me, any recipe request, or just say hello.
Two (2) winners will be selected via Random.org and announced on Sunday, March 1, 2015. This giveaway closes on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 12 p.m. PST. The winners will be contacted via email, so please include a valid email address in the email address entry box.
Full Disclosure: This giveaway is sponsored by yours truly.

Great site, great recipes. Thank you.
I enjoy your blog!
Thank you for sharing your cooking experience!
Keep up the great work! I love the matcha recipes and kids bentos!
Hi Nami! 🙂
I am a new fan. I came across your page via a recipe posted either on Facebook or you were on the side bar of one of those pages I pinned a recipe. I look forward to getting to know you better, learn about the many different Japanese dishes and also to pass this site onto my sister-in-law who is Japanese and left her home to be here in America. I think she might really enjoy this site. 🙂 Thanks so much for all you do! I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day! 🙂
Hello Nami,
Thank you for all your hard work.
I love the step by step video.
Best Wishes and Happy Chinese New Year!
Thank you for all the recipes and for this contest! 🙂 The website has always been a great resource:)
Hi Nami! Thanks again for all of your great recipes, they never fail to be delicious!
I would love to see more recipes using Matcha! I love the taste of green tea, and have been testing out different things to mix it with. I use it in a lot of desserts, like cupcakes and cheesecake. But I would love to see some more non-dessert recipes that matcha can be used for!
I love your website, and have even compiled a recipe book full of print outs from here 🙂
Thanks for organising this for us! 🙂
I purchased an “instant pot” via amazon after I saw you prepare the chicken wings in one of your recent newsletters. I just received it and can’t wait to use it. Thank you for your recommendation! Not only do we get great recipes but thanks to you, we get to see the latest in food technology!
I’m glad to have many oriental stores near me … including one that is specifically Japanese. It helps to be able to do some of your wonderful looking recipes.
Recently discovered your site and absolutely LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing your love of Japanese food and cooking with all of us!
Happy New Year! The best of luck to you and all you worldwide!
