Thank you everyone for participating this giveaway! The winners are….
Congratulations Darlene Kelly (#149) and Mirva (#727)! I’ll email you shortly!
Was thrilled to happen upon your “justonecookbook” site. I am half Japanese but grew up eating a lot of Japanese food but no recipes. I lived with my obachan for two summers 40 years ago. She had no recipes and no cookbooks, just like my mother.. So glad to see your recipes are simple like the ones I grew up on. I look forward to trying more.
Following your recipes from Italy!????
Hello! Thanks for your dedication towards your blog! Your recipes are very clear and concise.
Grüezi from Zurich, Switzerland! I found your blog through your yummy Teriyaki Salmon recipe and am glad I did! Thank you for sharing..
Your recipes are wonderfully easy to follow and entertaining too. My elderly Japanese mother enjoys the flavors from her homeland and her youth. She used to be a great cook, but has forgotten how to make some of her favorites. Your site, blog and videos help evoke warm memories with wonderfully authentic flavors.
I follow you on Instagram >.<

Hello from Seoul, South Korea!
always enjoy watching your videos!
Along with the great recipes, I really enjoy the information you provide. For example, the background about seafood doria is very interesting.
I only have one thing to say… I think you are fabulous!! 🙂 I love that your whole family participates in your blog… it’s so nice. 🙂
I’m very happy to get to know your webpage and to try out everything. Thank you so much! Regards from Germany!
