My absolute favourite holiday food is my mom’s tomato sauce beef tongue stew!
Super simple ingredients, but takes a long time to make. The longer it sits the better it tastes! It goes hand in hand with white rice–the perfect comfort food for a cold holiday evening.
Maybe this year we’ll add to that and make some popovers to start the meal!
Well, Halloween is not as big as it is in the US, we don’t have special meals for this day, but for the day after, November the 1st, we, well, not me, people in towns bake special bread for the dead people…and I love that bread
Devil food cake!!
