Thai basil chicken is the best that I have cooked up so far!
Many years ago there was a Japanese restaurant that served tekka chirashi. I know tekka means raw fish and chirashi means rice. It was a lot more than that. The rice was seasoned and it had thinly sliced vegetables as well as mushrooms. The sashimi was placed on the rice and under the sashimi was wasabi. It was wonderful.
I wish I knew how to make it. That’s all I could eat for months because of morning sickness.
