Hi Nami, I have liked your page on Facebook for a while now 🙂
There is this dish that i always ordered at a Japanese restaurant when i was working. It is black pork rice – thinly sliced pork with onions, and the sauce was fantastic! Although i am not sure how it was done exactly. The sauce tastes like teriyaki sauce. I hope to see the recipe 🙂 thanks Nami 🙂
