Hi Nami. I’ve just joined following your wonderful and easy to follow Japanese recipes and now I can cook few of them at home myself including my absolute sweet fav- blueberry cotton cheesecake, chicken karaage, and takoyaki. I’m enjoying your posts of your tour around Japan and your share of the culture. Wishing that I go back there again to visit some of your recommendations.
Your blog is so informative and helpful for those aspiring to experience Japan culture. I hope in future that you would post more videos on how tos in getting around Japan, like using the toilets, getting around the train system, most common phrases Nijonjin say, etc. (Sumimasen, arigato, etc).
Your passion and love for cooking has inspired me to start using my kitchen again in a more fun and creative ways again. Domo arigato!
