This giveaway is exclusive to Just One Cookbook Email Newsletter Subscribers!
Thank you so much for subscribing to my newsletters to stay in touch with my blog! As a small token of my appreciation, I host a monthly giveaway just for my dearest subscribers. ♥
Since I’m currently in Japan, I decided to host a giveaway differently this month. I know many of you want to get something from Japan, so this month the winner can request a gift from Japan. I’ll be happy to look for it, purchase it, and ship it to you. The total cost of the gift and shipping must be within $100. If the winner doesn’t have any specific item in mind, I’ll find something for him/her.
The winner will also receive a copy of my e-Book, Just One Cookbook – Essential Japanese Recipes.

My suggestion would be to group all the vegetarian recipes together!
We live super busy lives and I think that it would be awesome if you had a weekly menu with a shopping list for uncomplicated dinners we can make in less than an hour. What do you think?!
I love just one cookbook and I think it also taught my children to love Japanese food! I love that you teach me to make awesome tasting food from relatively simple ingrients, lol
I would love to see more of Japanese bakery items, such as milk bread, cake, etc.
I understand baking is really time consuming so I will be very patient!

Hi Nami,
It’s very difficult to think of something that can be improved on JOC but more one dish meals would be fantastic. I love how easy and delicious the recipes are that you’ve already shared!

The one thing i would love to see is more description of the history behind the dishes you post. The whys and reasons behind food has always been interesting to me.
