I love ume-shiso handrolls, simple but delicious 🙂 I grew my own shiso this year and have been loving it with everything! I used to live in Japan (I spent 5 years in Tokyo), and the look of this spice set takes me back. I would have soooo much fun using these!!!! Fingers crossed! I also follow you on facebook and Pintrest!
Very difficult to name just one favorite. I guess I would have to say homemade Ramen.
Hi! My favorite dish thus far has been katsu curry with a breaded chicken cutlet. I am a FB fan and I am on your email mailing list.
My favorite Asian dish would have to be Japanese curry made with chicken, onions, and carrots served over Nami’s sweet onion takikomi gohan! 🙂 I never had curry this delicious when I lived in Japan!
