While in Hawaii I had the most amazing udon dish. It was served with a spicy meat sauce. Was absolutely amazing.
My all time favorite is sukiyaki. I am a follower and my husband really likes the honey soy sauce chicken

I worked in Koreatown in Los Angeles for several years, and there was a foodcourt near my office that served this ginseng chicken soup, with jujube dates to balance the ginseng. It was so delicate and delicious, the best tonic – a small chicken stuffed with glutenous rice and the ginseng and jujube dates seasoned the broth – I’ve long held it could cure even heartbreak!
My fav Asian dish ive tried so far is ebi yakisoba, and I really like dragon roll sushi
I know it sound pedestrian, but my all-time favorite Asian dish is Beef Lo Mein with Mushrooms. I add garlic for extra flavor and some Cayenne for heat, but would love to try real Asian spices. I hope I win this giveaway!

My all time favorite dish is Ramen filled to the brim with Shichimi. It is actually my comfort food when I’m having a bad day.
It’s hard to pick just one favorite Asian dish. Since I spent 17 years living in Japan, I’ve got a lot! Favorite dessert dish would be mitarashi dango. Favorite dish to cook at home would be okonomiyaki. Favorite dish to eat out, a toss between tonkatsu and bulgogi. But I love it all 🙂
