2. Gyokuro Shaded Imperial Japanese Premium Green Tea

Also known as “jewel dew tea”, gyokuro is a special type of green tea shaded from the sun for 20 days with specially made mats that allows the caffeine levels to increase in the leaves, in addition to allowing the amino acids to get stronger, producing a sweeter and stronger flavor.

3. Nozomi: Covered Green Tea

The tea leaves are covered by a special net to block sunlight for a few days before a new sprout comes out to create a unique aroma and taste.
