Today I am partnering with Uoriki Fresh to give away this amazing Sushi Party Set!! There will be one (1) winner who will receive one (1) Sushi Party Set. The suggested retail price of this set is $140.
Uoriki, an all-natural seafood supplier, has been recently certified to SQF (Safe Quality Food) 2000 Level 3 which is the highest certification any food processor/distributor can possibly attain.
I have personally tried Uoriki’s products and also shared them at parties with friends. The products are restaurant quality and much better than what I can purchase at my local Asian and Japanese markets. Part of what makes Uoriki’s product so great is their unique super frozen process.
Here is a fun clip of visitors at the Uoriki’s super freezer.
To find out more about super frozen, please visit Uoriki Fresh to understand the unique process. If you have any additional questions, please contact my husband Shen at shenwchen {at} justonecookbook {dot} com with subject line “Uoriki”.
The sushi party pack comes in a big style foam box similar to the one below.
The Sushi Party Set includes:
- 1 package yellowfin tuna
- 1 package diced tuna for spicy tuna
- 1 package chu-Toro
- 1 package Atlantic sashimi salmon

Love reading your recipes…..and, naturally, love sushi…. an added plus to learn about UORIKI….my nephew fishes out of San Diego twice a year and we look forward to his tuna catches…..we had been ordering from a San Diego company in between time if we wanted a fresh catch……now, we have UORIKI to investigate! Someone: have a grand sushi party!!!
I love sushi! I have it once a week 🙂
I’m also an email subscriber
Actually, I rarely eat sushi, but my son’s love it. The raw salmon is my personal favorite, but I can go without the wasabi!
I’m a Facebook follower
LOVE sushi and sashimi! Try to eat it at least once a week!
We eat sushi about once a week!
I am already “liker’ on facebook!
I enjoy sushi often enough that my husbands says no! It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many authentic and good sushi restaurants around.
Nice prize package.
I don’t get to enjoy Sushi as often as I would like to, but I do enjoy it every chance I get!
I subscribe to JOC by email.
I follow JOC on FB.
I love Sushi and Sashimi but I don’t get to eat them very often because they tend to be very expensive especially if you go out to a sushi restaurant. I sometimes make temaki-zushi (handrolled sushi) at home. I can get away with cheap ingredients such as cucumber, eggs, and canned tuna!
I would eat it everyday if I could. I try to eat it at least every other week.
LOVE your blog and recipes! My neice and nephew (5,9 years old) love sushi parties and so this would be great to share!
