When I visited Arima Onsen (有馬温泉), I purchased this Tansan Senbei (炭酸せんべい) from Yunohanado-Honpo (湯の花堂本舗). Tansan Sebei are soda crackers and this package has 3 flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) inside.
I wanted to host a giveaway at the same time when I share my travel post about Arima Onsen, but the expiration date for this snack is August 14…, so I decided to do the giveaway first!

Glad you and your family are having a great time in Japan and thanks for sharing your experiences! . The Tansan Senbei (炭酸せんべい) flavors sound yummy . For the future : Mizu Shingen Mochi ingredients and video?
While I was in Japan I fell in love with the kurimanju and the Kameda brand of yuzu flavored kakinotane. Since I can’t order a Marin Latte from Doutor (sadness) I think I miss those two snacks the most. We stopped by Okashi no Machioka every Sunday on our way home from church and there was so much to love!
I love your recipes !!
The JOC Newsletter is my favorite. I am new to Japanese cooking and love it … Thanks to JOC Nresletter and YouTube. There is no Asian market here so I look online for new products. Always interested in new ideas and things associated with Japanese food. Thanks for JOC!
I love that you have introduced us to so many products, that I would not have thought of buying and the receipes are great.
I love your Japanese food videos- they’re definitely inspiring me to experiment with more Japanese recipes. I spent my jr year of high school in Japan staying and working at my uncles inn and restaurant in Chigasaki- Kurihara Inn. It was an awesome experience and I’ve been hooked on Japanese cooking ever since.
a white kimono is something I’ve always thought of with the flowers embedded into the pattern about anything really
