Today I’m partnering with Tuttle Publishing to give away two (2) copies of Tokyo on Foot by Florent Chavouet! This giveaway contest is open to everyone worldwide.
This book is an illustrated tour of Tokyo and it won the Ptolemy Prize at the 2009 International Festival of Geography. This whole book is filled with fun illustration and no text! It’s was SO entertaining for me to flip through pages and enjoy the sights of Tokyo. Here are some of the illustrations inside the book so you can see what the rest of pages are like!
Tuttle Publishing has amazing collection of books, especially topics extending in Asian and Japanese cultures. You can start checking out their bestsellers if you are looking for new books to read. I will be giving away more books in the future with Tuttle Publishing, so stay tuned!

Great question! What comes to mind for me is a sense of adventure and amazement. My favorite tip to tell friends when they head there for the first time is to not be afraid of things not on ground level…head into basements/underground and venture up to higher floors in buildings. The most amazing things exist away from ground level!
