My favorite Japanese dessert is Warabi Mochi with Kinako – I would love to see your version of it! I have found warabi mochiko in the local Japanese grocery store, but if you have an alternate way to make it, that would be wonderful to learn. This is a dessert I find most Americans, even with some knowledge of Japanese cuisine, do not know about. Breaks my heart!
