Congratulations Selina (#119)! I’ll email you shortly!
I think I found your site through Pinterest.
I found Just One Cookbook from looking for Japanese recipes.
Hi Nami,
I am Aubrey and I found your blogsite in pinterest when I was searching for chicken karaage recipe. My husband and daughter loves it so much that I am trying many of your other dishes.
We love Din Tai Fung and I hope I win this!
Keep up the good work! You inspire me to cook for my family!

Hi Nami! I’m so glad I found your blog, JOC is an incredible source of knowledge about the japanese food culture! And that’s how I found JOC, looking for some answers concerning japanese food, not a recipe really, rather some ingredients, but honestly, I don’t remember if it was about some rice veriety, or maybe some seasoning… Anyway I googled what I was looking for and found JOC!

I Hope to win that XO sauce…
Keep cool in Japan!
Hello there! I subscribe to your newsletter, but I don’t remember how I first discovered your blog….possibly Pinterest or a google search on Japanese recipes. Regardless, I’m so glad I did, you have a wonderful blog on Japanese dishes. Thank you!
I wish I could win this time!
I subscribe to your newsletter. I believe that I found you “Googling” for Japanese, Vietnamese, or Korean recipes and food sources! Hubby is a chef and we love Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese food (among others, LOL), and I grow some of the Asian greens and herbs here in our Inn’s garden in West Virginia, so I am often “Googling” for new recipes and grocery and plant/seed sources!
Easy to understand the receipe as I thought that Japanese cooking is not easy as I think.
I found your blog when searching for Japanese style recipes.
Google searching for dashi recipes and stumbled across your site and ever since its been my to go site!
Found your website and blog a while back while googling a recipe. Felt very connect to you because we also live in the SF Bay Area and are a Chinese family that loves Japanese food.
I found Just one Cookbook by looking for delicious Asian recipes., and some other restaurant knock-off recipes to add to my collection. I landed on this page and liked what I saw so I just had to sign up right away, and have been hooked ever since!
