I would be cooking for a friend. She is allergic to gluten and cannot even kiss her husband if he has had gluten! I could give her a taste of a different culture and still make it safe for her to eat.
The Gluten-Free udon noodle looks good. I would like to try it for myself. My doctor told me that I should start eating gluten-free food.
I love noodles but have been avoiding them because of gluten. I would fix these for my daughter and I.
I’m glad you’re enjoying your time in Japan!
I will be cooking the noodles for my mom and I, hopefully she’ll like them.
I would make this for my daughter, who loves all kinds of noodles, and hasnt tried this kind of noodle before!

glutemus minimus!
Wow, directly imported from Japan!? We live in a college town with full of grocers but there’s one Korean Market which doesn’t carry Japanese items I need. I’d very much love to try Kobayashi Gluten free Udon noodles with my husband who loves and cooks Japanese food. Nami-san, thank you so much for the wonderful recipes you e-mail to us.!
I’m subscribed to you, and I “liked” Gluten Free Meister. I would really love to make these noodles for my mom with celiac so she can experience a taste of Japan at home!
I can’t wait to cook these noodles for my gluten-free husband!
I would love to cook these with my niece.
Since going GF about 4 months ago, I can’t believe how much better I feel, the energy I have and my digestive issues are gone. Some days it’s hard to stay the course, but I do try. I have since converted a good friend to GF and she claims she is feeling much better also. One package would go to her and I would cook mine for several couples who raz me about eating GF (they refer to it as cardboard). I’ve not heard of this company, but will be adding them to my “check it out” list. Thank you for sharing and the chance to win a package.
PS I get your newsletter (which is how I found out about this giveaway and also like your FB page.
I would love to try these needles. In fact I would like to see a catalog or see where they are sold in my area. I have been wheat intolerant for over a year and have missed the presence of noodles in my life, I would be cooking these for me. BTW the udon graphic looks beyond yummy..

I would love to try the Kobayashi udon noodles. If I win, I will eat it right away
