This particular product.

Good Morning,
It would be my great pleasure to win these Kobayashi Noodles. My nephew visited Japan in July of 2012 and has been yearņing to return ever since, so how great would it be to make him a big bowl of noodles to take him back if even for a brief time.
Then the bag for a friend I would absolutely have sent to him so he can learn to make himself something other than chicken parmigian, which is the only meal he makes.
So please consider us for these beautiful noodles and take us to Japan, if only for an evening!
Thank you, Melissa Morgan
Liked on FB! And I will be cooking udon stir fry with these!
My friend and her 13 year old daughter are gluten sensitive, so I look for new ways to treat them with dishes they can enjoy without worry about gluten. Mostly these are mixes or rice and some sort of beans. I am trying my hand at some Japanese recipes and I think the udon noodles would be something special for them!
