My favorite thing about Japanese cuisine is the fact that it satisfies the tastebuds and pleases the eye. Even when it may seem intimidating when not accustomed, it quickly conquers the heart (and stomach hahahaha) of all the friends I introduced to it!!

I feel that the Japanese recipes I cook are on average healthier than my non-Japanese ones.
The best thing about Japanese food is it’s simplicity – not overpowering the food with spices but still tasty and not bland, a combination of everything – rice, veg, meat, it’s earthiness – it really is amazing!!
Simple but beautiful 🙂
