Today I am partnering with Uoriki Fresh to give away this amazing Sushi Party Set!! There will be one (1) winner who will receive one (1) Sushi Party Set. The suggested retail price of this set is $140.
Uoriki, an all-natural seafood supplier, has been recently certified to SQF (Safe Quality Food) 2000 Level 3 which is the highest certification any food processor/distributor can possibly attain.
I have personally tried Uoriki’s products and also shared them at parties with friends. The products are restaurant quality and much better than what I can purchase at my local Asian and Japanese markets. Part of what makes Uoriki’s product so great is their unique super frozen process.
Here is a fun clip of visitors at the Uoriki’s super freezer.
To find out more about super frozen, please visit Uoriki Fresh to understand the unique process. If you have any additional questions, please contact my husband Shen at shenwchen {at} justonecookbook {dot} com with subject line “Uoriki”.
The sushi party pack comes in a big style foam box similar to the one below.
The Sushi Party Set includes:
- 1 package yellowfin tuna
- 1 package diced tuna for spicy tuna
- 1 package chu-Toro

I just Liked your page on Facebook! Thanks!
I would eat sushi every day if I could! But living in the midwest, we end up eating sushi maybe 5-10 times a year only. Thank you for the giveaway!
My oldest son is a bit obsessed with Japanese culture (and anime) so I make futomaki rolls at least once a month for him. We also do bentos for his lunch- your site has been a big help in these endeavors because I was not previously familiar with Japanese cooking or customs. Cheers!
Following JOC via email, FB and G+!
I would like to eat fish weekly for a heart healthful diet but sourcing sustainable fresh wild fish for sashimi can be challenging. My goal is once a week and my reality is once a month.
You dishes are fabulous! They make me remember the past when my grandmpther made her dishes too:))
Oooooh, looks so good! I haven’t made sushi in a while, but this will make me throw a GNO party!

I enjoy sushi a few times a month.
Love your web site. Working on lemon grass chicken for tonight. Ran a test batch last night and decided to increase all spices in the rub..tonight will tell the story. Also, I decided to use mesquite charcoal instead of gas. In Tucson, only good sushi is Yamato. Once a week at least for me. I have my own Japanese knives including a nice yanigiba for thin slicing sashimi if I shoud get lucky and win shshi party set, Thanks for your great site..Jim
