My favorite sushi is avocado roll!
Hummm……. Favorite Sushi would have to be Crispy Spicy Tuna roll but I also love Avocado Nigiri!
Would love to try other ones but Apple and Daikon sound really good!
My absolute favorite is a black dragon, some call it an angry dragon. It has eel and avocado on top and crunchy shrimp inside. I would take this over any other meal. I also like the sweet potato roll. Yum. I’m so glad I found your site. I follow you all the time. I have made many of your recipes. Never had one I didn’t enjoy!
My favorite sushi would be a spicy veggie roll. cucumber, carrot, avocado, kampyo, and of course, hot sauce.
I love sushi with avocado, rice, veggie “bacon,” and cucumber. And a soy sauce and white wine vinegar dip.

Maki rolls are a great way to get my 5-year-old to eat vegetables he doesn’t want to eat on their own. 🙂 More recipes would be great.
