Wife wanted sushi for her birthday. Found a local Japaneses restaurant who did a wonderful job. I think they enjoyed having me watch them.

My favorite sushi is a dish my local sushi place makes called Mango Moonlight. It is crab and avocado with a spicy mango sauce.
I love any sushi with avocado in it!! Particularly prawn and avocado, but I’m keen on learning how to make better vegetarian options.
I like sushi rolls that have no rice, just wrapped in cucumber. Delicious!
