Thank you for bring these lovely posts to us. I have always love all things Japanese and the Japanese people. Admire their work ethic and determination. Since my effort in learning Japanese has not been very successful, I am a bit intimidated about visit other parts of Japan other than those major cities. Your blog is a wonderful way to introduce this beautiful country to the rest of us. And a big thank you for working so hard on these lovely recipes.
