I found this website when I was looking for rice ball recipes and was so excited to see all of the different types of food from my favorite anime shows! On top of authentic recipes I love that she blogs about actual places in Japan. It isn’t just one cookbook, it’s one place to learn all about Japanese culture. Love it!
