Hello
Hi there just stopping by to say thank you for your dedication and hard work that you put to making this amazing blog!
I really love the variety of Japanese recipes that you have on your blog and that it covers all meals. Absolutely adore the fact not only have you categorized them into types of dishes/courses/mains, you also have them split by cooking methods and timing. Makes finding recipes a breeze and the site so accessible. I also love the travel info you have on here.
Japan is synonym for cutesy (kawaii!) stuff and whacky inventions, I would love to read more of that on what you find on your travels. Even what you can buy from Japanese vending machines are so unique! Japan is also heavy on tradition and would love to know more from your personal experience.
Thanks for the easy to follow recipes and interesting stories. If you feel up to it, would love to see more recipes using the Instant Pot. Thank you!
