Oh, Nami.. you’re the saviour! LOL
It’s hard to get good quality matcha powder in my country.. Thank you for this opportunity.
I would use green tea powder for chiffon cake and donuts from your recipe.
I also want to make green tea roll cake.
Matcha ice cream, cookies, maybe even a milcrepe!! I can’t find ANY matcha in the small city I live in Brazil… I might just make some tea and enjoy the matcha as tea, or I might even be crazy enough to eat the powder itself LOL
Hello. First, I have to tell that I adore your blog and I already tried some of your recipes.
One of those that I would like to try is Green Tea Steamed Cake, but here, in Belgrade (Serbia – where I live) we can’t find matcha tea. I tried matcha tea for the first time in my life, three years ago in Paris, together with matcha cake. That cake was something delicious, like your Green Tea Steamed Cake, and I would like to taste it again.
Green tea donuts and Green tea and white chocolate cookies were top on my list, but this Nama Choco has definately perked my interests now!
I make mochi, cookies, lattes, and breads with matcha. I’m Taiwanese, so green tea is delicious in any dessert!!!
Green Tea ice cream, green tea chocolate, green tea cookie
I would like to make green tea swiss roll, chiffon and also cookies.
