Thank you for participating this giveaway! Now the winner is…
Congratulations montuos (#73)!! I’ll email you shortly. Hope you enjoy Miyazaki Wagyu! 🙂
The best steak I ever ate was the first piece of meat I was able to afford after a month of struggle. It was simmered with some butter and a ton of sliced mushrooms.
The best steak I ever had was at the Prime Quarter Steak House in Green Bay, WI. A 2″ Porterhouse I grilled myself after downing a 1/2 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The best steak I had was Kobe beef in Japan!

I usually cook the steak myself, medium well. I would rub salt onto the steak first before cooking it. I would eat it with some blue cheese or add a touch of lemon juice.

I have not tried either of the type of steaks that you mention for this recipe. However, I have read several good reviews of the Kobe steaks, even though I was informed that it costs more to purchase it than the standard steaks we are use to. Your giveaway would be a great opportunity to try the Miyzaki steak along with your recipe since we love garlic and wine. Great combination..
As for good steaks we love eating at Ruth Chris in Dallas, Texas. Omaha steaks are also good.
What is the best steak you’ve had, where did you have it and how was it prepared? Dry aged sirloin from Cattlemen steak house, very rare flame grilled on mesquite.
Porterhouse steak broiled at home with salt, pepper & green onion added last minute.
The best steak I’ve ever had was made by my mom. The steak was just simply sprinkled on some salt and pebble. My mom also rubbed the steak with some oil to make it moist and tender!
At home, on the grill… It was american style kobe beef. Really want to try the real thing!
