The best steak I eve had was at the Red Barn, a dining and dancing place where they cooked the most tender steaks outside over a half barrel
Best steak I ever had was the Black Angus Sirloin which I ate it at Zafferano in Western Australia. It was about 350 grams, 30 days dry aged and char grilled.
I just started following you on Facebook, YouTube, and email… you’re wonderful! Such beautifully presented delicious recipes that satisfy my Japanese cravings while teaching me more about the culture. My favorite steak was a filet mignon at a Ruth’s Chris years ago that fell apart with my fork. I requested it rare, and they actually prepared it rare!

The best steaks for me are ribeyes cooked at home in a cast iron pan, seasoned with just salt and pepper and cooked in butter.
Favorite steak was teppanyaki style during a visit to Tokyo a couple of years ago
