My favorite kind of sushi has pickled daikon, cucumber, lettuce, stewed mushrooms, and is covered on top with avocado slices and sesame. Yum!

I like sushi, primarily with smoked or cooked fish with a marinade (such as a garlicky soy sauce marinade), but I’ve enjoyed some vegetarian variations as well – examples include tofu, carrots and spinach.
I love my veggie version of sushi at home! I use whatever I have on hand.
I have never met a sushi I didn’t like, but any with soft shell crab I love!
Hands down to unagi temaki and dragon rolls sushi. ???? I will give my everything in order to get both (like compete and beat my sibiibgs :P) whenever I go to sushi restaurant with my family or my friends ..
