I want to try making Matcha Chocolate for valentine gift! It will be great! (っ´▽`)っ ♥
Simply, I want to make Green Tea Ice Cream!! Mostly, in my home country (Indonesia), I couldn’t find genuine matcha powder! Local ice cream brands just taste like sweet water + ocha/ordinary green tea… T^T I really love the aroma of genuine matcha.. although it’s bitter.. ^^ then I want to share my Green Tea Ice Cream the loved ones ^^
I can definitely use green tea powder in my recipes! I would bake try your chocolate squares.
I would like to make green tea cookies. Actually the only CookieS I know how to bake. I got this recipe from a Taiwanese friend and everybody loves here in Denmark loves them. 😉
Green tea ice cream!
After having attended Japanese tea ceremony which was amazing I got really interested in other ways that Matcha could be used in cooking (although it is delicious on its own) and Green Tea ice cream, chocolate and chiffon cake sound especially intriguing!
Hi Nami, I just got a new donut pan..so I’m gonna use the green tea powder for Green Tea Donuts.. *droolling already*
I’d like to use green tea powder to make chocolate, chiffon cake, mille feuille, and icing for cake. I don’t know what a good quality green tea powder is like so I will be very happy if I win. Thank you!
Personally i’m a chocolate and green tea fan &lover. With the latest recipe you have posted Green Tea Chocolate is a best of both world to me. And can’t wait to try out my both favourite ingredients together with your recipe posted.
Just to share with you that I do make my own greentea cheesecake. However, with the greentea powder that’s available in my country can’t seems to satisfy my preference of greentea aroma and favour when I apply in my desserts. The outcome would either be lack of greentea favour or lack of the natural greentea color. I have also try adding more to boost up on the favor unfortunately it comes out to be quite bitter after taste. Occasionally, I will find lumps of greentea bits in my cheesecake, mousse or pastry cream. ( Perhaps i didnt mix well enough??)
Thanks for reading and looking forward to hear from you.
