Green tea castella cake. I have also been successful making a green tea swiss roll
I would like to use the green tea powder for the green tea chocolate and green tea cookie recipes, mostly the cookie one since my grandmother would really like to try it as well, we don’t often share the same taste in food so agreeing on what dinner is can be troublesome sometimes but she and I both would love to try making the green tea cookies….Oh wow this turned into a ramble sorry about that.
I think Green Tea macarons would taste amazing using your green tea powder.. 🙂

I love green tea ice cream. its nearly impossible to fin green tea powder in store here since last time i made korean rice cakes i had to stick with just black sesame seeds. i bet if i had found the power the rice cakes would have been more delicious.
