  • 3 Tbsp. sake
  • 2 Tbsp. nerigoma (or tahini sauce: it won't taste the same but you can add grinded toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil to give it more of a toasty flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. ponzu
  • 1 Tbsp. miso
  • ½ Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ½ Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. mirin
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • minced garlic (optional)
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
